CM inaugurates exhibition on life of PM

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated an exhibition based on the life of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Bharatiya Janata Party state headquarters in Lucknow on Thursday.

Union Education Minister and ruling party’s UP election incharge Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister Anurag Thakur and BJP state president Swatantra Dev Singh were also present with him.

On this occasion, Pradhan said, “The country has thrown up several tall leaders from time to time but no one can match Narendra Modi. For 20 years, he ruled Gujarat and now he is ruling the country. He has sacrificed his entire life serving the nation. The party is celebrating the birthday of the prime minister from September 17 to October 7 by holding programmes on seva and samarpan. I think the life of our PM will give inspiration to our youths and they will get a direction of their life.”

Pradhan said that an exhibition was being organised by the BJP in every district on the personality and work of Prime Minister Narendra Modi through which the challenges that he faced were being shown to the public.

“The purpose of organising this exhibition today is also that the new generation should contribute in nation-building by taking inspiration from the personality and work of Prime Minister Modi ji,” he said.

Meanwhile, a meeting was held to divide the workload among different party incharges. BJP state president Swatantra Dev Singh said that a detailed discussion was held regarding the organisational programmes and campaigns being run by the party. BJP national vice- president and UP incharge Radha Mohan Singh, Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dr Dinesh Sharma, state election co-incharge and Union minister Anurag Thakur, BJP state general secretary (organisation) Sunil Bansal and other senior party office-bearers attended the meeting in which discussions were held on programmes being run across the state under the Sewa and Samarpan campaign started by the BJP on September 17.

It was decided that from September 26 to October 2, BJP workers would work across the state telling people about the government’s achievements. On October 2, a cleanliness campaign will be carried out at divisional level in the state and a conference of pramukhs will be organised.

The party expressed happiness over the success of the recently concluded prabuddha sammelan in all 403 assembly constituencies of the state and it was decided that the party would now interact with various sections like teachers, doctors, advocates, chartered accountants and other professionals.
