Smart City summit kicks off today

RAIPUR: In the run up to Smart City Mission, Raipur Municipal Corporation (RMC) in collaboration with the district administration will be organizing a three-day Smart City Summit from May 24- 26.
According to the information, the summit aims to address four-pronged approach including clean, connected, cohesive and credible under the smart city project.
The three-day summit will focus on the state government’s endeavour on technical and infrastructural growth for the successful implementation of the Smart City project.
The programme will be attended by Union urban development minister Venkaiah Naidu and minister of state for steel and mines Vishnu Dev Sai.
Besides, top private entrepreneurs, policy makers and concerned stake holders will discuss various aspects of the smart cities.
