Ahaan Panday’s ser Alanna goes house hunting in LA with husband Ivor; wants to get a house with designated space for mother-in-law | Bollywood News
YouTubers Alanna Panday and Ivor McCray, whose channel has gained significant momentum since the success of Alanna’s brother Ahaan Panday’s debut film release, recently went back to their home in Los Angeles. Alanna was in Mumbai for the release of her brother’s film Saiyaara and ended up spending five months in India. She recently went back to LA with husband Ivor and in their latest vlog, the couple shared that they have been looking to buy a bigger house in the city.
Alanna shared that they are currently living in a 3-bedroom house but she wants to now move into a 5-bedroom house with a backyard. She shared that they are “exploding out of this house as there is no space.” She then shared her l of criteria that needs to be met for the new house. “One of them is natural light, high ceilings which I feel is missing in our house right now. Another one is we want it to be 4-5 bedrooms. Right now, we are in a 3-bedroom house. Ideally, we would want it to be 5 bedrooms but I don’t want to stretch,” she shared.
Alanna then continued her l and shared, “We want a bigger backyard. We want space for River. We want Ivor’s mom to spend more time with us so we are looking for a house with a casita at the back so she can have her own space when she comes,and that way my mom can come.”

Alanna and Ivor went through few houses and did not like any of them enough to put down an offer. Some didn’t seem as ba-friendly, and for some, the cost of the renovation was too high. Another house, which appeared to be quite a catch from afar, gave Ivor a “weird vibe.” “’Ivor thinks some weird stuff happened in the house,” he said as Alanna added that this was “not a very warm house” because of the lack of wood.
Alanna and Ivor are parents to son River,w ho was born in June 2024.
