The Elephant Whisperers couple fosters another elephant | Trending

During the 95th Academy Awards, The Elephant Whisperers was awarded the Best Documentary (Short Subject) winner. The 40-minute, heartwarming documentary depicts the relationship between a tribal couple, Bomman and Bellie, and two orphaned elephants. Their emotional tale tugged at the heartstrings of many and created waves across the world.

Now the couple has hit the headlines again as they adopted another orphaned elephant. “The Circle of life continues #TheElephantsWhisperers Bomman & Bellie are now foster parents to another orphaned ba elephant from Dharmapuri, now in #Mudumalai after Team #TNForest tried its best to reunite the 4 months old calf with the herd. We are happy he is in safe hands. vc-ss,” shared IAS officer Supriya Sahu on Twitter.
She even shared a video of Bomman and Bellie where they can be seen petting the ba elephant and have big smiles on their face.
