India vs Ireland, 1st T20I weather forecast: Rain likely to play spoilsport in Jasprit Bumrah’s comeback | Cricket News
Jasprit Bumrah’s much-awaited comeback might get delayed as there is yellow warning for rain in Dublin ahead of the first T20I between Ireland and India.
According to the weather reports it suggests that the chances of rain are 92 per cent during the day and 98 per cent at night. Hence, the match is highly likely to be affected rain.

All eyes will be on Jasprit Bumrah, who will be India’s 11th captain in T20Is, and is making a comeback to the international cricket after 11 months.
The 29-year-old Bumrah is coming back after undergoing a surgery to treat the lower-back stress fractures he had suffered during a home series against Australia ahead of T20 World Cup, last year.
💬 💬 “Very happy to be back.”

The Ireland series not only gives Bumrah an ideal opportunity to add miles to his legs but will also help him get ready for the Asia Cup, where he will be pitted against the likes of Babar Azam upfront on September 2.
A two-ball nets footage posted the BCCI has reassured that Bumrah has not lost much of his pace or sharpness. One was a devilish bouncer that tied Ruturaj Gaikwad in knots that he kept away awkwardly; the other was a searing toe-crusher that Yashasvi Jaiswal negotiated with a last-second bat-jam.
“I’m coming back after a long time, I just want to enjoy. I’ve never stayed away from the game from this long. I’m not thinking ‘I’ll do this, I’ll do that,’ or ‘I have to contribute a lot.’ I have come here to enjoy it because I like cricket. Expectations, I’m not keeping too much of it,” Bumrah said ahead of the first T20I.
