Team India is intensifying its practice ahead of the upcoming Asia Cup 2023, which will be held in Sri Lanka.
The team is currently in a preparatory camp in the island nation, where they are undergoing rigorous training sessions.
The focus of the practice sessions is on both physical and mental preparation. The players are working on their fitness and stamina, as well as their skills and technique
The team is being led Rohit Sharma and in the video posted BCCI, the likes of Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Jasprit Bumrah, can be seen among others.
Kl Rahul seems to be inching closer to full fitness and was seen doing his wicket-keeping practice. Earlier, on Day 1 of the camp, Rahul batted for more than an hour but did not participate in keeping drills.
Jasprit Bumrah who also made a return to the India set-up after 11 months during the Ireland series also bowled full throttle to Shubhman Gill.Most Read

Mohammed Shami, Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav also had a fair bit of practice.
Skipper Rohit Sharma and head coach Rahul Dravid were spotted keeping a keen eye on proceedings.
Team India will be confident that they have the talent and the experience to win the Asia Cup. They are working hard in practice and they are determined to bring the trophy back home.
