Nearly 11-foot crocodile pays visit to police in South Africa | Trending

Police in South Africa were shocked after an unusual trespasser showed up at the station- a nearly 11-foot crocodile. Yes, you read that right. Upon it ‘knocking on the door’ of the station, the police had to call for backup to deal with the bone-chilling situation. Crocodile captured from outside police station. (Facebook/@ IPSS S&R) “A local SAPS station near Mandeni called for assance around 10 pm on Wednesday night for a crocodile behind the station. A team responded to the station to investigate and found a large, adult crocodile. Being a unique situation, the decision was made to call for assance from a local, Ashton Musgrave, who has experience in safely capturing crocodiles,” shared IPSS S&R, a non-profit organisation that offers complimentary search and rescue services on Facebook. The crocodile has measured in at a massive 3.3m! After discussions with relevant authorities, the crocodile will be relocated to the Hluhluwe area this morning. A big thank you to the local community and all that assed in getting the croc to safety.” Alongside, the page also shared a picture of them catching the crocodile and tying it inside a truck to safely transfer it.
