IPL Auction 2025 LIVE: Who are the 4 associate players in the Mega Auction l? | Cricket News

IPL Auction 2025: The IPL 2025 Mega Auction will see the return of a very familiar name, one that has been closely related to Indian cricket, who will now enter as an Associate Player. Unmukt Chand, who moved to the USA, has entered as an Associate Player in this year’s Mega Auction.
Chand led India to the U-19 World Cup title win in 2012 after scoring a defining century. He has also played for teams like Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals), Rajasthan Royals and the Mumbai Indians in the IPL and last played the tournament in 2016. The 31-year-old has scored 300 runs in his IPL career across 21 games.

Netravalkar and Khan made the headlines during the recently concluded T20 World Cup after majorly contributing to USA’s performance at the biggest stage, helping the team qualify for the Super 8s in their maiden appearance.
Meanwhile, McMullen contributes with both the bat and ball, batting from anywhere between number 3 to number 6. In his 15 T20 innings with the bat, he has scored 497 runs with a strike rate of 148.80.
There are a lot of teams that would require the skill sets the Associate Players offer but will have to pick them carefully keeping the team balance in mind. It would be interesting to see which teams fight for these players in the two-day extravaganza where 201 spots are open across the rosters of 10 franchises.
All four Associate players have been marked at a base price of INR 30 lakh.
