Highest T20 team scores l: Baroda sets world record with 349/5 total | Cricket News

Baroda shattered a handful of records in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy as they regered the highest-ever men’s T20 total during the clash against Sikkim finishing on 349/5 in 20 overs in Indore on Thursday.
Zimbabwe previously scored the highest in T20 earlier this October, smashing 344 for 4 against Gambia. This is the highest score in T20 international hory. Previously, Nepal was on top of the leaderboard for the year 2023 with a score of 314 for 3 against Mongolia in the Asian Games.
Recently, India scored 297/6 against Bangladesh in the third match of the bilateral T20I series in Hyderabad on 12th October 2024, the third-highest T20 international score in cricket. It is also the highest individual team total for India in T20 Internationals.

Baroda soon became the first Indian domestic team outside the IPL to record 100 runs within a T20 PowerPlay and the run-scoring rates only got quicker with each passing over. they also passed the mark  for most sixes in a T20 total 37, surpassing Zimbabwe’s 27 against Gambia
Zimbabwe has achieved the highest T20 score scoring an earth-shattering 344/4 vs Gambia in ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Sub Regional Africa Qualifier Group B, 2024 on 23rd October, 2024.
Previously Nepal topped the chart of highest T20 score with a total of 314/3 against Mongolia in Hangzhou, at the Asian Games Men’s Cricket Competition on 27th September 2023.
India climbed to the third position on 12th October 2024 scoring 297/6 in their stipulated 20 overs versus Bangladesh in Hyderabad in the third and final match of the T20 series. India also won the match and the series a margin of 3-0.
