ICC has named the nominees for the ICC Men’s T20I Cricketer of the Year award, and Indian pacer Arshdeep Singh joined Travis Head, Babar Azam and Sikandar Raza in the l.

Arshdeep Singh
Fulfilling India’s need for a left-arm pacer, Arshdeep Singh has performed exceptionally well donning the blue in T20Is. His performances in the bilateral series, preceded his performance in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup saw him make his way in the l.

Travis Head
Travis Head this year proved to the Australian management that he is worth being a consent player in the line-up of the T20I squad as well. He started the year off with an explosive display against New Zealand, and carried that momentum into the Indian Premier League and later on, the T20 World Cup.

Babar Azam
Babar Azam had a rollercoaster of a year in T20 cricket, but he was the best of the lot from his team. He secured six fifties and made sure the ball reached the boundary ropes almost a hundred times, the batter’s strike rate has drastically improved. Their tour to Ireland marked one of his best performances this year. He went on to score 75 runs in 42 balls, which helped Pakan secure the series after chasing a target of 179.
