India seamer Shardul Thakur wreaked havoc against Meghalaya with an early hat-trick on day 1 of the Ranji Trophy 2024-25 match at the Sharad Pawar Cricket Academy BKC, Mumbai on Thursday.
Opening the bowling for Mumbai after the side chose to bowl first against the visitors, Thakur removed Meghalaya opener Nishanta Chakraborty for a four-ball duck in the first over before recording the hat-trick in the third over of the innings.
