Resisting SC / ST act like this in the state, unimaginable situation

Bhopal: In view of the revision in the SC / ST Act, the situation in Madhya Pradesh has started to become uncontrollable. Performing place-places In order to tackle the protesters, the Madhya Pradesh administration has imposed Section 144 in many places, with the proposed closure of September 6. On the 6th of September in protest against the Act, the administration is in high alert on the entire Gwalior Chambal zone. After Shivpuri, collectors of Murनाa, Bhind, Sheopur and Chhatarpur have imposed Section 144 prohibiting the district.

Bangles throwing black flags
Protesters who protested against the act between BJP leaders giving protest against Shopoor’s Gandhi Chowk in protest against stone pelting on Chief Minister’s chariot, entered and made black flags. The protesters threw bangles and demanded to dismiss the ordinance. In Shajapur, the people of Sapaks reached the BJP and took black flags in front of the BJP. Sapaks meeting was held in Nalkheda of Agar. It was decided to withdraw candidates from the Susner Assembly. People from three villages of Nimach district have declared vote in the nota. In the past 11 villages have joined in the protest against the Act. In Ujjain, SPACE activists tried to blow a statue of MP Chintamanvi Malviya.

Rally rally in Vidisha
A huge rally was organized in Vidisha on protest against the act. Apart from the city’s Sapaks in this rally, hundreds of activists of several organizations joined the gathering at Madhavgunj and came out with slogans from the main market. About 30 to 35 organizations, including Sapaks, have announced the closure of India. But in view of the way in which the cases of violence were made after the closure of Scheduled Castes in April against the Supreme Court’s decision, the Central Government has issued instructions to make stringent arrangements for security.

What is SC / SC Act Amendment
The Supreme Court had ordered the immediate arrest of the SC / ST Act while hearing the petition. Apart from this, also the advance bail was granted in cases registered under the SC / ST Act. The top court had said that rather than immediate arrest in cases registered under this law the police should investigate within 7 days and then take further action.
