OnePlus 7 Pro users in India start getting latest OxygenOS update; OnePlus 6T gets screen-recording, Zen Mode

OnePlus launched its latest flagships – OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro in India two weeks back. After the launch, the Chinese premium smartphone manufacturer has been rolling out regular updates to users – updates ranging from bug fixes to scrolling fixes to camera updates to OnePlus owners. The OnePlus 7 and the 7 Pro launched with a new version of the skin on the 7 and 7 Pro alongside a new OxygenOS version.

Keeping in line with the updates, the OnePlus 7 Pro has received the latest Oxygen OS 9.5.4.GM21AA update. The new update brings in a number of fixes to the system and an also a number of improvements to the camera app on the OnePlus 7 Pro.

Optimized Double Tap to Wake and Ambient Display
Optimized audio delay with Bluetooth headset while playing games
General bug fixes and improvements
The Camera update log is as follows:

Improved image quality in HDR scenarios
Improved image quality in low light
Fixed white balance issue in several scenarios
Fixed focus issue in several scenarios
Apart from the OnePlus 7 Pro update, the company had also promised to bring to older OnePlus devices features from the latest flagships. Staying true to its promise, OnePlus has made available new Open Beta builds for OnePlus 6 (Open Beta 19), OnePlus 6T devices (Open Beta 11). The updates will be rolled out to existing OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T users who have enrolled in the Beta testing program. The notification for the beta update was posted on Oneplus forum for 6 and 6T.

The new updates which will be rolled out are Zen Mode and Screen Recorder, and as well as improved smooth scrolling experience and support for VoLTE and VoWiFi on Telia Denmark. Also, the idea of dialling a call while using two SIM cards have been optimized. The “Pin to top notification category” is also supported in India. Additionally, the nug which allowed Facebook Messenger pop-up notifications have been fixed.
