Bala trailer: Ayushmann Khurrana is all set deliver yet another quirky entertainer

It’s been quite an interesting day for the makers fo Bala. The movie was supposed to hit the screens on November 22, but with Ujda Chaman, a film based on a similar theme as Bala, whose trailer and posters called themselves as the first and original film about a baldie, Bala’s release date is preponed to November 7, a day before Sunny Singh starrer’s release date of November 8. With this move by producer Dinesh Vijan, Ujda Chaman is no longer the first one to arrive.

After a change in release date, the trailer of Bala has finally been released by its makers and as expected it is all set to be the fun and quirky entertainer of the year. After the success of Article 15 and Dreamgirl, Bala looks like the third straight success of the year 2019 for Ayushmann Khurrana. If that happens, it will be his 7th hit in a row.

The movie marks the reunion of Ayushmann Khurrana with his first co-star Yami Gautam. The two reunite after their debut film, Vicky Donor. It also marks the reunion of Ayushmann Khurrana with his most successful on-screen pairing – Bhumi Pednekar. This will be their third film together after Dum Laga Ke Haisha and Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.

The music, setting, actors to the dialogues, Bala seems like a sure shot winner at the box office. Though, the trailer contains a couple of expletives, so viewers’ discretion advised.

Bala is directed by Amar Kaushik, who delivered a big hit last year in Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree. The movie is backed by Dinesh Vijan under his production house, Maddock Films.

Bala is slated for a November 7 release.
