Eid-ul-Fitr 2020: Amitabh Bachchan, Sara Ali Khan lead B-Town celebs to wish fans on Eid
New Delhi | Eid-ul-Fitr, which is also called the Festival of Breaking Fast is a religious festival that is being celebrated by Muslims across the country on Monday (May 25). The festival is observed by offering prayers to the almighty and greeting family members and friends via gifts and hugs. Unlike previous years, the festival is being celebrated during coronavirus-induced lockdown. Thus, people are forced to remain in their homes and spend the day with their family and offer Namaz from home. Virtual celebrations have become a new normal.

Actor Amitabh Bachan wished fans by sharing a picture with urdu text on it.
“Eid Mubarak to all and the prayers on this auspicious day for peace .. for harmony .. for good health .. for friendship and love .. for ever .. bring us together in peace and love and in the continuity of brotherhood sisterhood and family .. be ONE .. be in ONE ..,” he captioned his image.
Actress Sara Ali Khan shared a two framed picture of her younger self and present one. “Eid Mubarak,” she said in an Instagram post.
Tara Sutaria also shared a picture and wrote, “Eid Mubarak!”
Mallika Sherawat wrote, “Wishing a blissful & peaceful Eid to everyone celebrating. May this Eid brings happiness, prosperity & health.”
Chunky Pandey also shared a throwback picture including his daughter Ananya Panday from his overseas trip to wish fans on Eid.
