Instituted The Indian Express Group, the event was created with the belief that art must be recognised purely on merit, integrity, and peer respect. At the much-awaited event, celebrities turned up the heat on the red carpet, serving some serious glam.
Here’s taking a look at the best-dressed female stars:

Alia Bhatt looked like a vision in an ivory silk satin sari Gaurav Gupta, adorned with hand-finished mogra tassels and pearls. Rooted in Indian cultural memory, mogra signifies femininity, ephemerality, and quiet strength, while pearls evoke purity and timeless elegance. Styled Priyanka Kapadia, an embroidered blouse and choker neckpiece pulled her look together.
Later in the evening, while hosting the awards, she changed into a sharply tailored three-piece tuxedo. Defined exaggerated shoulders, a cinched peplum wa, and flared trousers, the silhouette introduced a sculptural approach to power dressing, balancing structure with fluidity and movement.

Nita Ambani took an heirloom piece out of her daughter Isha Ambani’s wardrobe, rewearing a champagne gold ‘Akashtara’ sari from Saasachi’s atelier. She accessorised the look with a Pearl Ring Minaudière from Chanel’s Fall–Winter 2025/26 collection. The minaudière featured an oversized ring with a luminous white sphere, blurring the line between jewellery and accessory. However, the Patek Philippe Nautilus sparkled the brightest on her left wr, whose retail price boasts a whopping $4,28,450, roughly translating to Rs 3.72 crore.
Natasha Poonawalla, on the other hand, sparkled in a silver gown — carrying a black clutch and a silver Hermes mini Kelly.
