Immense potential for employment to youth: CM
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the youth of the state should move ahead in the field of self-employment besides making efforts to get employment, the state government will provide all possible guidance and support. Madhya Pradesh is the first in the country to start the implementation of start-up policy.
Venture capital fund has been created in the state. In a recent programme held in Indore, Prime Minister Modi interacted with the youth of the state who set new records in the field of business and trade through start-ups. New industries are being established continuously in the state. There are immense opportunities of employment for the youth, youth should move towards setting up their own enterprise by implementing new ideas. With this they will be able to create employment for themselves as well as generate opportunities for others. This entrepreneurship of youth will also be helpful in establishing Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh.
Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the youth on career-day organized by SAGE Group of Institutes at the campus of Sahara Bypass of SAGE University. Higher Education Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Chairman of SAGE Group Shri Sanjeev Agarwal along with experts from academic and technical field were present.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that institutions like TCS and Infosys have been invited to start their campuses in the state. The aim is that the youth of the state should get employment opportunities in the state after their studies. Ample employment opportunities are also being created from the IT parks being set up in the state. The state government is continuously working towards building an Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh for an Atmanirbhar Bharat.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the entire world accepts the talent and intellect of Indian youth. Indian youth have proved their competence in the best institutions of the world. India’s prestige and influence have expanded in the world under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. A prosperous, glorious, magnificient, strong and self-reliant India will be built only by the contribution of youth.
Expressing the thoughts of Swami Vivekananda, Chief Minister Chouhan said that “man is a storehouse of infinite powers”. It is essential to know yourself and your potential. Success is assured by setting a definite goal and making consistent efforts to achieve it. Mukhya Mantri Udyam Kranti Yojana has been started to provide loans to self-employed youth in the state, in which loan facility up to Rs 50 lakh is available. It is guaranteed by the state government. A provision of three percent subsidy has also been made in the scheme for seven years on interest. Along with providing guidance to the youth for self-employment, land would also be made available if required. Chief Minister Chouhan said that there is a provision of financial assistance in the Pradhan Mantri Rozgar Srijan Yojana.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that Indian culture is ancient and great. To ensure that our life is purposeful, it is necessary to set your goals after careful thought and work with determination and hard work while setting a roadmap to achieve them. Chief Minister Chouhan said that whatever you do, if you do it with full devotion, passion, honesty and dedication, then success is certain.
