AFC Champions League: Mumbai City FC’s game vs Neymar’s Al Hilal FC moved from Pune to Navi Mumbai | Football News

The Mumbai City FC has moved their venue for their AFC Champions League fixture against Neymar’s Al Hilal from Balewadi Sports Complex in Pune to DY Patil Sports Stadium, because of security reasons and demand of tickets.
The match is scheduled to be played on November 6.

The venue was earlier moved to Balewadi Sports Complex in Pune from Andheri Sports Complex, which is the actual home of Mumbai City FC.

Apart from Al Hilal, which is the most successful club in the hory of the AFC Champions League with four titles, other teams in Group D with Mumbai City are Iran’s FC Nassaji Mazandaran and Uzbekan’s Navbahor.

Owned the Abu Dhabi-based City Football Group – which also owns Manchester City – Mumbai City produced the best performance an Indian club in the Asian Champions League last season.
