At times, work can get overwhelming for many of us. Many people put endless hours into their office and might not get the end results that they are looking for. This could be because of a number of reasons, one of them being that your team members are not working toward the same objective.Recently, industrial Anand Mahindra shared a video showcasing something similar. In the video, you can see two birds in the sand. One of the birds has dug a hole in the sand and is taking the sand out, while the other bird is adding more sand into the pit. For the post’s caption, Anand Mahindra wrote, “Sometimes, in the middle of the week, this is what it feels like you’ve been doing in a project team. Since being shared, it has been liked 11,000 times and has several comments.One person in the comments added, “That’s why agile method come into pictures where all teams including end user aware of OKR and at any point of time if someone feeds not meeting with OKR then can be reviewed and take corrective action!” A second user added, “If one thinks another way, sometimes it depends on the position, if there is no place to stand to do work, then do to work you have to do some work at the same time.” A third user added, “Good One.
