Anrich Nortje leaves Delhi Capitals before RCB vs DC in IPL 2023
Delhi Capitals fast bowler Anrich Nortje left for South Africa late on Friday night due to a personal emergency.
“He will be unavailable for this evening’s game against Royal Challengers Bangalore,” the franchisee said in a statement released on social media.

Nortje He made his IPL debut in 2020 for the Delhi Capitals and has since then become a key player for the franchise.
In IPL 2020, he picked up 22 wickets in 16 matches and finished as the third-highest wicket-taker in the tournament.
Nortje is known for his raw pace and his ability to generate steep bounce from a good length.
He consently bowls in excess of 145 km/h and can touch 150 km/h on occasion.
He also possesses a deadly yorker which makes him a potent weapon in the death overs.
