Diljit Dosanjh just debuted at the Met Gala—and it is one for the books. The singer, who had earlier detailed the event invite on his Instagram, opted for a look that represented his culture in all its glory on the global platform.
Seen in a ‘Maharaja look’ created ace fashion designer Prabal Gurung, Diljit was seen wearing an off-white achkan and pajama, along with a turban and a floor-length cape that featured the map of Punjab and words written in Gurmukhi at the back.
Styled Abhilasha Devnani, the Punjabi pop icon’s look was accessorised with multiple neckpieces, matching headpieces that adorned his turban, and he carried a talwar. Fashion page Diet Saa shared a closer look of his outfit. See below:
