Archana Puran Singh’s son asks her if they can exchange dad Parmeet Sethi: ‘Non-PJ father mil sakta hai?’ | Bollywood News
Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi challenged their sons – Aaryamann and Ayushmaan, for a cooking face-off in their latest ‘Ghar pe masterchef’ vlog. On public demand, the duo cooked their own special dishes while spending some quality family time in the kitchen. In the Youtube video, both of them joked with their parents faking knife cuts on their hand, which made Archana furious.
In the beginning of the vlog, Parmeet said, “This is a practice round for them (sons) to become good husbands. Their wives will be really lucky.” Archana instantly cited her example and said, “Jaise ise fayda hua hai. I don’t know how to cook anything, but I am a good wife.” Parmeet added, “Ise fayda hua hai, kyunki main cook karna jaanta hu (She has benefited because I know how to cook).”
While Ayushmaan took the challenge to make his special dish of pumpkin sauce pasta, Aaryamann, on the other hand, kept it simple cooking a three-cheese sandwich with pesto dip. In the video, as Ayushmaan led his ingredients, including smoked paprika, Parmeet interrupted and joked, “Non-smoking kahan hai?” After which his son replied, “Non-PJ father mil sakta hai? (Can I get a father who doesn’t crack poor jokes)”

As both their sons started chopping the vegetables, Aaryamann tried to prank his parents faking a cut on his hand. He turned around unharmed and said, “April fool”. Archana got worried and asked him not to pull off such practical jokes. “Oh My God, its a joke na? Yaar aise mat karo, bahut darr gayi main. (I got scared, please don’t do this)” The actor took a sigh for a second and Ayushmaan was quick to join his brother in the prank. He screamed, grabbed his scared mother’s attention, and started laughing. He immediately kissed his mom, cherishing the adorable moment. Archana said, “Terrible children ya. You people say that they are good kids, they aren’t.”
Towards the end of the vlog, it was judgement time for their parents. Archana and Parmeet found the pasta and sandwich equally tasty, and couldn’t announce a winner. Both Aaryamann and Ayushmaan received a sweet standing ovation from their parents.
Meanwhile, Archana Puran Singh is also a part of Kapil Sharma’s show on Netflix. It is currently on a break and will return with its third season soon.
