As renovations begin at Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat, Aamir Khan set to move out of his house at Pali Hill | Bollywood News

Days after Shah Rukh Khan moved out of his iconic reasidence Mannat in Mumbai, actor Aamir Khan is also preparing to move out of his home in Pali Hill as the building undergoes redevelopment. Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL), a real estate developer, is all set to launch an ultra-luxury project in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill locality in Bandra this year end. The project, which is part of the redevelopment of the Virgo Cooperative Housing Society, is home to Aamir Khan, where the Bollywood star owns multiple apartments.
As part of the reconstruction program, Aamir Khan will be given an apartment in the rehab component of the redeveloped project along with other tenants.
Aamir Khan had purchased another apartment in the same locality of Bandra’s Pali Hill. The property measures 1027 sq ft and costs Rs 9 crore. The property, which was finalised in June 2024, incurred a stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh and regration fee of Rs 30,000, according to documents accessed Square Yards.

According to Manan Shah, the Managing Director of MICL Group, the sale component of the redevelopment project will have 4 and 5 BHK sea-view apartments in the uber luxury segment. Reportedly, the inventories in the project will cost over Rs 100 crore.
According to Hindustan Times, the per sq ft rate of these projects range over Rs 1 lakh per sq ft.
SRK’s Mannat undergoes renovations
Previously, Shah Rukh Khan moved out of his iconic Mannat and temporarily shifted to Pali Hill at Mumbai’s Bandra. They leased apartments owned Jackky Bhagnani and Vashu Bhagnani at Rs 8.7 crore for 2 years. SRK leased the property for two years as the renovation at Mannat is expected to take between 1.5 years to 2 years. The reported cost of the work is Rs 25 crore. The actor and Gauri Khan will be adding two additional floors to the annexe, adding another 616.02 sq.
