BJP leader son with 3 other men brutually gang raped a minor girl and assault her younger sister
A Madhya Pradesh BJP pioneer’s child is among four blamed for assaulting a lady and physically attacking her minor sister in the Datia region of the state. Family members of the survivors, and local people, encompassed the police headquarters requesting activity, after which two of the blamed have been captured. The survivors and the blamed are understudies, and the police is exploring the matter, Datia Director of Police Pradeep Sharma said. According to Mr. Sharma, a case has been filed against the accused under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Protection of Children Against Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
“The complainant said she and her senior sister were snatched by four people. Pradeep Sharma stated, “The accused took them to a house, where they raped her older sister.”The woman’s younger sister filed a complaint.
He claimed that the victim attempted suicide when she and her younger sister returned home following the incident. The lady was subsequently owned up to a medical clinic in Jhansi in adjoining Uttar Pradesh. He claimed that the accused also sexually abused the complainant in accordance with the First Information Report (FIR).
