Budget will promote business, infra, says BJP Congress terms it as anti-farmers
BHOPAL: Union budget evoked mixed reactions in political circle. BJP has welcomed stating that it will promote trade and business and infrastructure in the country . While Congress has criticized the budget stating that it is anti-farmers.
Similarly, a section of politicians said that it lacked vision as it does have any policies to redress the problems of unemployment. While other hands, other section of politicians said that the budget has long term policies.
PCC media coordinator Narendra Saluja said, “Union budget will fuel inflation. Cess has been imposed on petrol so prices of essential commodities will increase.
Whatever promises were made before general elections, union budget fail to redress them. Nothing much has been spoken about the health, employment of youths. Excise duty hike on gold is cheating with women. Union budget has clear indication that it will promote privatization in the country. ”
n Former finance minister Jayant Mallaya said, “ it is well balanced budget as each and every section society specially entreprenres has been focused. Provision of Rs 1000 crore for infrastructure is remarkable as it will boost the infrastructure like roads and other things on PPP mode.
Through Mudra Yojana, women will be given loan upto Rs1 lakh and Over Draft upto Rs5000 is very nice scheme for women of the country. Skill development scheme will benefit 1 crore youths.”
