Tiger Shroff sells Mumbai apartment for Rs 15.6 crore | Bollywood News

Actor Tiger Shroff, whose action film Baaghi 4 is running in theatres, sold an apartment in Khar, Mumbai, for Rs. 15.6 crore, as per property regration documents reviewed Square Yards. The transaction was regered in September 2025, according to the official documents.
According to property regration documents from the Inspector General of Regration (IGR), the 22nd floor luxury apartment that was sold Tiger is located in Rustomjee Paramount. It has a total carpet area of 1,989.72 sq.ft. (~184.85 sq.m.) and built-up area of 203.34 sq. m. (~2,189 sq. ft.). The deal also includes three car parking slots. The transaction involves a stamp duty of Rs. 93.60 lakh and regration charges of Rs. 30,000. As per Square Yards’ analysis, the actor purchased the property in 2018 for Rs. 11.62 crore.
Sandeep Saraf, who lives in the same building, bought the apartment from Tiger Shroff.

Khar is considered as one of the most high-end real estate regions, having both premium residential and commercial real estate options. The area has great connectivity through the Western Express Highway and upcoming Metro lines, with accessibility of Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Lower Parel, and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.

On the professional front, Tiger Shroff’s film Baaghi 4 has earned more than Rs 30 crore in its first weekend. Directed A. Harsha and produced Sajid Nadiadwala under the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment banner, the movie hit the theatres on September 5. Besides Tiger, the film also features Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu, Sonam Bajwa, and Sanjay Dutt.
Tiger Shroff recently visited Mumbai’s iconic single-screen theatre, Gaiety, to surprise fans. He even climbed to the rooftop, removed his T-shirt, and flaunted his chiseled physique, tossing his shirt into the crowd.
