Chennai Super Kings players dance in new Whle Podu song

Chennai Super Kings players were seen shaking a leg to their latest Whle Podu song as the new Indian Premier League season kicked off.
The video sees players like Ravindra Jadeja, R Ashwin, and captain Ruturaj Gaikwad shake a leg while franchise marquee man Mahendra Singh Dhoni is the only one who doesn’t dance but is still featured prominently in the video.
The Chennai Super Kings started their IPL 2025 campaign with a win over fellow five-time champions Mumbai Indians at the Chepauk. It was their bowlers Noor Ahmad (4 for 18) and Khaleel Ahmed (3 for 29) who skittled out the Mumbai Indians for a paltry 155/9 in the first IPL 2025 game. Noor Ahmad was the man who got Mumbai’s two top scorers — Tilak Varma (31) and Suryakumar Yadav (29) — on the night. In fact, the Mumbai franchise were almost rescued a fighting 28 not out from Deepak Chahar from just 15 balls at the end.

In response, the Chennai franchise chased down the target with four wickets and five balls to spare, thanks to an unbeaten 65 from New Zealand opener Rachin Ravindra and Gaikwad’s 53.
While Dhoni was called into bat, he faced just two balls on the night scoring zero runs before Chennai Super Kings jogged over the finishing line.
