Chess Olympiad 2024 Round 7 Live Updates: India vs China today

45th FIDE Chess Olympiad Round 7 2024 Live: The Indian chess team is taking on China in the 7th round of the ongoing Chess Olympiad in Budapest, while the Indian women’s chess team will face Georgia. In the open and the women’s section, both the Indian teams are the sole leaders heading into the second half of the Chess Olympiad. Both teams are so far unbeaten.
The Indian team in the open section has 12 match points while China, Vietnam and Iran are just behind with 11 match points. The Indian women’s team also has 12 match points.
China has prevented Gukesh taking on Ding Liren on the top board resting the world champion.
