Indian star player Virat Kohli too was electric on the field on the day. He took a good catch of Mark Chapman in the final overs of the innings. It was a catch which showed the game awareness of the player and that wicket started the collapse in the final overs for the Kiwis. “Not to forget a player who had a spring in his feet taking all the catches running around Kohli,” T Dilip said.
Though Siraj has not plucked any stunners he too was giving his full commitment on the field. T Dilip said, “I think one guy today, he’s been showing his commitment on the ground and today was another display of his brilliant attitude I really like, especially because he still yet to set the stage in the tournament with his main skill but he never let that affect his fielding whenever he was on the field during the spells, as soon as he finished his bowling, he has to come back and get bowling- Mohammed Siraj”
