‘Debating whether to rape you’: Andrew Tate told woman before assault, say reports | World News

“I’m just debating whether to rape you or not,” influencer Andrew Tate reportedly said these words to a woman before he sexually assaulted her, as per court documents.
Tate is facing a civil lawsuit in the UK High Court brought four British women who allege he sexually and physically abused them between 2013 and 2015. The women are seeking damages, claiming they have suffered lasting emotional and psychological trauma. Court documents reviewed The Guardian and the BBC contain detailed and serious allegations.
According to The Guardian, the woman Tate made the durbing comment before allegedly assaulting her. She claims he later placed a hand around her neck and attempted to remove her clothing. When she objected, he responded aggressively. She also recounted several other demeaning remarks during the incident.

Another woman told the BBC that she lost consciousness during the assault as strangled her, and he continued to rape her even after she passed out. She says Tate told her, “I own you,” and “I’m going to kill you.” In court documents, she is referred to as “Sienna.”
A third woman claims Tate pointed a gun at her face and said, “You’re going to do as I say or there’ll be hell to pay.” She says he regularly threatened her while she worked at his webcam business in 2015. According to the BBC, she said he would grab her the throat and pin her against the wall.
All four women say they were either in a relationship with Tate or worked for his webcam business. They claim he used violence, threats, and psychological control over them. Two of them say he strangled them so often they developed red spots in their eyes from burst blood vessels—a common sign of asphyxia.
Tate has denied all the accusations. In court documents, he calls the claims a “pack of lies” and says the women are making them up. His lawyers argue that too much time has passed and that messages or emails that could help his defence may now be lost. According to The Guardian, Tate’s lawyers also say the women’s claims are “barred” because they are about incidents that happened more than three years ago.Story continues below this ad

The BBC reports that three of the women had already gone to the police in 2019, but the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) decided not to press charges. The women say they are now bringing the case to the civil court to finally be heard. The court will hold a preliminary hearing on April 15.
Andrew Tate and his brother Tran are also under criminal investigation in Romania for alleged human trafficking, rape, and money laundering. They have denied all the charges and are believed to be in Dubai at the moment.
A lawyer for the four women told the BBC that his clients “have been denied justice the police and CPS” and now feel they have no choice but to take civil action.
These serious claims are part of a growing l of legal problems for Tate in several countries, including the UK, Romania, and the US.
