Ankita Lokhande ‘talks’ to her glass of water and ‘charges’ it for her beauty, calls it ‘magic water’: ‘I give energy to that water’ | Bollywood News

Ankita Lokhande, who is best known for appearing in the television show Pavitra Rishta, recently shared that she starts her day with “magic water” where she “charges” her drinking water with verbal positive affirmations. Ankita shared that while she otherwise consumes things like saffron, turmeric in the morning, she ends her morning routine with a glass of “magic water.” While narrating her routine to Rubina Dilaik on her YouTube channel, Ankita shared that this “magic water” has healing properties as she consumes it after talking to it.
“I do magic water, that’s what I believe in. I have a silver glass in which I have kesar water. I go out in the sun, on my balcony, I put my hand on top of that glass and I give energy to that water. I talk about positive things and then I drink it. That’s how I start my day. It’s amazing. You have to do nothing, just talk to that water, give thanks to the universe. It’s such an amazing feeling. No matter what is going on in your life, this heals it all,” she shared.
Ankita shared that after consuming “magic water”, she takes a shower and spends half an hour reading religious texts. While she reads those, she has some water around her as she “charges” it and later, she consumes it through the day. “After I take a shower, for half an hour, it’s just me and my god. It’s like a daily routine where I read Rama Raksha Stotra, Hanuman Chalisa, Sankatmochan and Bajarang Baan. I keep water around here as well. I charge that water too. I pour that water in my bottle and drink it all day long,” she shared.

It takes care of my beauty, my hair, my eyes, my skin, my energy, each and every body part, all my organs. I talk about it when I charge that water and give thanks. I think being grateful is the biggest blessing,” she said.
