A video that is piquing people’s interest and is slowly gaining popularity on social media shows how a desi mom convinces her son, who is on a diet, to eat pakoras. While many found the video relatable, others pointed out hilarious one-liners that mom Neena Kapoor is using in the video.The video was shared Neena Kapoor on Instagram. “Khao or exercise karo (Eat and do exercise),” read the caption of the video shared on Instagram with a smiling face with heart eyes emoticon. The Instagram reel opens to show Neena making pakoras in the kitchen. Soon, her son complains, “Yaar, mummy. Maine abhi apko bola hai mai exercise karne jane laga hun. Aap fir achcha achcha (khana) banane lag gae (Mom, I have started going to the gym. You have again started cooking good food).” To this, his mother replies that she always cooks good food. As the video progresses, Neena says, “Jab hamari age me aoge na to tumse kahaya nahi jaega, abhi tumne khane nahi hain (When you will be of my age, you won’t be able to eat and now, you don’t want to eat).” Towards the end, she teases his son and asks him not to eat pakoras and to give the plate to his father. He then agrees to eat pakoras but with mayonnaise. To this, Neena says, “Mayonnaise ke sath nahi khana, dhaniye pudine ki chutney ke sath khana hai. Mayonnaise teri gf lagti hai?”Watch the video below:
