Veteran actor Dharmendra, who has been facing severe health challenges in the past week, was admitted at Mumbai’s Breach Candy hospital for almost 10 days after reportedly going there for routine health check-ups. The actor has now been discharged and is recovering at home, but amid all this, a video showing the family’s personal moments amid Dharmendra’s ill-health were leaked from the hospital. The said video was shared on various social media platforms and was seen as a gross invasion of the family’s privacy. Now, as per Hindustan Times, the hospital employee who shared the video has now been arrested. The report does not divulge any details of the employee.
Dharmendra discharged from hospital
Dharmendra was discharged from the hospital on November 12, after he was visited actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Govinda, and others on November 10.

On November 13, Sunny Deol lashed out at the photographers stationed outside their home as they had been clicking pictures of everyone entering and exiting the Deol home. Hema Malini says ‘not easy time for me’
Hema Malini, in a chat with Subhash K Jha for Rediff, shared his health update on Thursday. She shared that his children were having sleepless nights, but were happy that he was back home. She said, “It has not been an easy time for me.” She added, “Dharamji’s health is a matter of great concern for us. His children are sleepless. I can’t afford to be weak, too many responsibilities. But yes, I am happy he’s back home.”
Hema concluded saying, “We are relieved he is out of hospital. He needs to be among the people he loves. Baki toh sab upar wale ke haath mein hai (Everything else is in the hands of the Almighty). Please pray for us.”
Nikitin Dheer says ‘tamasha mat banao’
Actor Nikitin Dheer, whose father, veteran actor Pankaj Dheer, passed away recently, shared a note criticising the paparazzi and compared them to “vultures.” He shared on Instagram Stories, “I lost a piece of my heart recently and witnessed first-hand how despicable the so-called paparazzi can be. It doesn’t feel like you’re talking to fellow human beings, it feels like you’re encircled vultures. I have lost a lot of respect for them when I saw the way they filmed Shri Jeetendra and used his vulnerability for views.”

He further added, “Now again, the way they are behaving when Shri Dharmendra is unwell, it’s just sad. As a society, is likes and views all that’s left of us. Such a demise of humanity. Aise samay logon ka tamasha mat banao (Don’t make a spectacle of people at such times). How can you be so insensitive to others? Try and understand, what people are going through. Farah Khan Ali shared this message on his Instagram Stories.
Farah Khan Ali, whose mother Zarine Khan, passed away a few days ago, also criticised the invasion of privacy and shared on social media, “My mother passed away 6 days ago, and there were some here who were more interested in why she chose to be cremated instead of giving condolences. Dharm Uncle is in hospital and a video of his personal family goes viral.” She added, “Are we as a nation so insensitive to people. Don’t public figures also have families that have feelings? What happened to humanity? Why does every Imbecile out here have an opinion on how others should lead their lives. Tragedy strikes all. When it’s your turn, and trust me, it will be, there will be others like you hurting you like you hurt us.”
