In a statement shared exclusively with SCREEN, producer Kanu Chauhan said, “I have informed and instructed my overseas dributor not to allow my film to be released in Pakan at any cost after hearing and seeing the Pakani-based militant attack on Indian soil. I don’t want my film to be released in Pakan. I have zero tolerance and there is zero justification for such cowardly attacks on our soil. I have put my foot down and Kesari Veer will not be released in Pakan. It’s a moral stand and support towards the innocent victims who lost their lives in this terror attack.”
