FIR lodged against leader Priyanka Gandhi, former CM Kamal Nath and Arun yadav in Indore
Congress party leaders had accused MP’s Shivraj Singh government of taking 50 percent commission. Now in this matter BJP leaders have registered an FIR against several Congress leaders including Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi, former CM Kamal Nath at Sanyogitaganj police station in Indore.
Assembly elections are to be held in Madhya Pradesh this year. In the midst of election preparations, the politics of the state is becoming increasingly interesting. The round of allegations and counter-allegations has started before the elections. In this episode, Congress leader and party’s general secretary Priyanka Gandhi accused the CM Shivraj government of taking commission. In this case, an FIR has now been registered against several Congress leaders including Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi, former Chief Minister Kamal Nath at Sanyogitaganj police station in the city. Priyanka Gandhi and Kamal Nath’s difficulties may increase further with this FIR.
In fact, Congress National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi attacked the Shivraj government over the matter of writing a letter to the Chief Justice of the Gwalior Bench of the High Court by the Contractors Association of Madhya Pradesh. Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi shared a viral letter on social media. It was written in a tweet that the union of contractors in Madhya Pradesh has written a letter to the Chief Justice of the High Court complaining that payment is received only after paying 50% commission in the state.
Priyanka Gandhi said in a tweet that the corrupt BJP government in Karnataka used to collect 40% commission. In Madhya Pradesh, BJP has gone ahead by breaking its own record of corruption. The people of Karnataka ousted the government with 40% commission, now the people of Madhya Pradesh will remove the BJP government with 50% commission from power.
After these allegations of Priyanka Gandhi, BJP legal cell leader Nimesh Pathak reached the police station along with BJP workers and complained. In this, Priyanka has been accused of making misleading tweets through a letter from the official Twitter handle. It was said that Congress leaders have done the work of tarnishing the image of BJP. After which an FIR has been registered late night under section 420, 469 at Sanyogitaganj police station.
Congress’s taunt on FIR:-
On the other hand, Congress spokesperson Santosh Singh Gautam accused the BJP government and said that after the matter of Madhya Pradesh government taking 50 percent commission became public, the BJP was furious. The FIR lodged against the top leaders of the Congress through their slave police so late in the night proves that the Congress party has put its foot on the tail of Shivraj Singh’s corrupt government, due to which the beleaguered government is now in a state of panic.
