Flipkart, Axis Bank co-branded credit card: Check discount, cashback offers here
New Delhi: Flipkart and Axis Bank have partnered to launch a co-branded credit card, enabled by Mastercard. This card will be available to select users in July and will be extended to all the customers over the coming weeks. It may be noted that the credit will have a partnership with MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Uber, PVR, Gaana, Cure.fit and UrbanClap for the offers.
It will offer cashbacks across all the categories including travel, shopping, entertainment and lifestyle. The welcome benefits of this card include Rs 3,300 worth of joining and activation benefits. Cardholders will get worth Rs 500 Flipkart vouchers in their first transaction using Flipkart Axis Bank credit card, six months complimentary Gaana subscription for all Flipkart Axis Bank credit card holders, Rs 500 off on domestic hotel on Goibibo, with a minimum booking of Rs 2,000, Rs 500 off on domestic hotel on MakeMyTrip on a minimum booking of Rs 2,000 by using MMTAXISFK as coupon, 15 per cent cashback up to Rs 500 on the first transaction on Myntra using Flipkart Axis Bank credit card and 20 per cent instant discount up to Rs 400 for new UrbanClap customers.
The card users can earn cashback with every transaction such as 5 per cent cashback on Flipkart, Myntra and 2GUD.com, 4 per cent cashback on preferred merchants, 1.5 per cent cashback on all other categories. It may be noted that the cashback shall not be eligible for fuel surcharge, purchase of gift cards on Flipkart, Myntra and 2GUD.com, EMI transactions, purchases converted to EMI post facto, wallet loading transactions, purchase of gold items, cash advances, payment of outstanding balances, payment of card fees and other card charges made by card
The fuel surcharge waiver benefits include 1 per cent fuel surcharge waiver on fuel purchases at all fuel stations across India. It will be valid on transactions between Rs 400 and Rs 4000 with maximum benefits up to Rs 500 per month. Another important thing to note here is that on any transaction over Rs 2,500, cardholders can contact the bank to convert a big credit card purchase into EMIs.
One can enjoy four complimentary lounge visits to select airport lounges within India per calendar year using Flipkart Axis Bank card. Apart from, this cardholders can enjoy 20 per cent off with Axis Bank Dining Delights at partner restaurants in India. This card will come with Rs 500 as joining fee. For the first year, the annual fee will be NIL but Rs 500 would be charged in the second year.
