A heartening video of a rescued man reuniting with his dogs in the flood-hit Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul has gone viral. According to authorities, the death toll from devastating floods has reached 100. Over 400 municipalities have been affected the natural calamity. Hundreds of people in the state of Rio Grande do Sul are forced from their homes, with several injured.
