Graz school shooting: Several people were killed in a shooting at a secondary school in the Austrian city of Graz on Tuesday, news agency Associated Press reported. Police said they deployed to the school after shots were heard there.
Local media report that at least nine people have been killed, but the number of fatalities has not been confirmed officials yet, with the Interior Minry saying there were several fatalities.
As per a report BBC, students and teachers are believed to be among the casualties at the Dreierschützengasse high school.

There was no immediate information on who was the perpetrator, however a per BBC, a police spokesman tells public broadcaster ORF the suspected gunman is believed to have killed himself.
Special forces were among those sent to the BORG Dreierschützengasse high school after a call at 10 am Police said on social network X about an hour later that the deployment was still ongoing and that it involved a helicopter.
Graz, Austria’s second-biggest city, is located in the southeast of the country and has about 300,000 inhabitants.
