Gujarat HC judge again refuses to hear Harik Patel case
Ahmedabad: Senior Judge of the High Court of Gujarat, RP Dholaria, once again refused to hear a case related to Hardik Patel, a leader of the Patkar Reservation Movement Committee (PASS).
Justice Dholaria, who himself is a resident of Khamba Taluka of Patriar Bahule Amreli district of Gujarat, has filed an application on behalf of Dilip Vadodariya, a nearby activist, in which he will visit Hardik on the hunger strike on August 25, Those who supplied the people and those who supplied the necessary items were urged to give instructions to the police not doing so, saying that they should not do so.
