That is rare now and people notice it. God is good,” said another. H-E-B Responds With StatementH-E-B issued a statement after the video of the incident went viral on social media. The chain supported the store’s decision, saying that “the customer experience is at the heart of what we do.” “During this busy holiday season when our regers were temporarily down at our Burleson store, we gave all those with full baskets their groceries for free,” the statement read. “The customer experience is at the heart of what we do!”
