India to host Australia for 3-match ODI series before World Cup as BCCI announces home fixtures for 2023-24 season | Cricket News
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Tuesday announced Team India’s upcoming home fixtures for the 2023-24 season.
The team will be playing a total of 16 International matches, comprising 5 Tests, 3 ODIs, and 8 T20Is. The first home series of the season will be against Australia who will play 3 ODIs on September 22, 24 and 27 ahead of the 2023 50-over World Cup. The series will be held in Mohali, Indore, and Rajkot.
After the World Cup, Australia will play India in a five-match T20I series which will begin on november 23 and conclude on December 3.

The new year will see Afghanan arrive in India for their maiden white-ball bilateral tour. The three-match T20I series will take place in Mohali and Indore, with the final to be held in Bengaluru.
India will then host England for a five-match Test series starting on January 25, 2024 and ending on March 11. The series will be played at Hyderabad, Vizag, Rajkot, Ranchi, and Dharamsala.
