This architectural choice floods the interior spaces with natural light while creating a seamless connection between the interiors of the home and the coastal landscape outside.
A multi-level luxury haven
Gulita boasts five floors complimented three basement levels, creating an extraordinary vertical estate. According to Mumbai Mirror, the lowest basements are dedicated to services and parking, with the first basement featuring a lawn, an open-air water feature, and double-height multipurpose rooms.

Marker of a new chapter for the Ambani family
The move to Gulita marked a significant transition for Isha Ambani, who previously resided in her family’s famous 27-story Antilia, widely regarded as the most expensive private home in the world. In an interview with Femina a year after the wedding, Isha’s mother Nita Ambani shared the bittersweet moment of adjustment when Isha first referred to Gulita as “going home.”
“It was hard when my daughter said she was ‘going home’ when she was leaving after a visit to Antilia,” Nita Ambani told Femina, according to South China Morning Post. “Although it was a bittersweet moment, she realised Isha had her own family to nurture.”
Unlike her brother Akash, who lives at Antilia with his wife Shloka Mehta and their son Prithvi, Isha and Anand chose to establish their own household. Today, they share Gulita with their two children, Aadiya and Krishna.
