Bollywood stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan welcomed the New Year in New York, where they were holidaying together. A picture of the couple from their US vacation recently surfaced online and quickly went viral. Known for keeping their personal life private, the couple surprised fans graciously posing for a photograph with a fan.
For their outing, the duo opted for cozy winter ensembles. Aishwarya wore a furry jacket paired with a black hat, while Abhishek kept it casual in an all-black outfit, accessorised with striking red glasses.

Another celebrity couple ringing in the New Year in New York was Dhurandhar star Ranveer Singh and his wife, Deepika Padukone. A video of the couple making modaks with celebrity chef Vikas Khanna also surfaced online. Prior to this, Ranveer and Deepika were spotted attending a Backstreet Boys concert in the city.

As the year drew to a close, several Bollywood celebrities travelled abroad to welcome 2026, with many choosing not to disclose their exact locations. Actors including Shilpa Shetty, Triptii Dimri, Hrithik Roshan and Karisma Kapoor shared glimpses of their New Year celebrations on social media.
Without revealing where she was, Karisma Kapoor shared a picture on Instagram, captioned, “Love, hope, and faith!”

Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty posted a video reflecting on her year, offering fans a glimpse into moments that didn’t make it to social media earlier. She wrote, “A few moments that never made it to the gram. Ending the year warm, happy and grateful for all I received, achieved and learned from the highs & lows. Here’s to making every moment count and stepping into the next chapter. Manifesting big, positive dreams. See you, 2026.”
Hrithik Roshan, too, marked the occasion sharing pictures of the shadows of him and Saba Azad dancing together. Captioning the post, he wrote, “Caught some happy shadows dancing next to us. 2025 seems to be ending on a very merry note. Sending big love to all my fans out there. I especially dedicate the new year to you guys. Happy almost 2026, everyone.”
