IPL 2023: Shimron Hetmyer and Sam Curran clash during RR vs PBKS

The IPL 2023 contest between Rajasthan Royals and Punjab Kings witnessed a heated moment when Shimron Hetmyer and Sam Curran clashed in an otherwise exciting match between in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Friday.
The incident which occurred in the 17th over of the Royals’ innings, began after Hetmyer was adjudged caught behind. But the decision was overturned after a review and as Curran walked past Hetmyer, the duo exchanged words.
However, it did not end there as Hetmyer hit Curran for a boundary an over later and circled him after hitting a four.
The umpires intervened quickly and separated the two players.
However, Curran ultimately got rid off Hetmyer in the same over

After the match, Hetmyer spoke on the matter and told the broadcasters, ” It’s always good to have someone say something to me, it doesn’t really happen much. I really enjoyed it today, giving me a little bit more confidence and a little bit more energy to execute and do what I need to do.”
When asked what was said Curran, he said, “Not anything I can disclose here to be honest.”
