Janhvi Kapoor to be paid Rs 3.50 crore for Vijay Deverakonda-starrer Fighter?
Actress Janhvi Kapoor has impressed us with her performance in Dhadak opposite Ishan Khatter. Janhvi is currently shooting for Dostana 2 with Kartik Aaryan and it looks like she already has her bag full of projects. According to the latest reports, the actress has been roped in to star opposite Arjun Reddy actor Vijay Devarakonda. The film is tentatively titled Fighter and she is being paid a handsome amount.
Though there has been no confirmation from the makers, the latest reports state that the actress will be paid a whopping Rs 3.5 crore for Fighter! We are excited to see this fresh couple leave a mark on the big screens.
According to a report by ETimes, Karan Johar will be backing the Hindi version of the film and he referred Janhvi’s name to director Puri Jagannadh. However, no official confirmation has been made on the same.
Janhvi, who was recently on a break from work was seen in Varanasi having a blast with her friends. From visiting temples to taking rickshaw rides, the actress was seen enjoying it all!
On the work front, Janhvi will be seen next in Dostana 2. She will also star in Roohi Afza opposite Rajkumar Rao, Kargil Girl: Gunjan Saxena, Karan Johar’s multi-starrer period drama Takht.
Vijay Deverakonda is currently working on his next flick World Famous Lover helmed by director Kranthi Madhav. He will be seen opposite four gorgeous ladies, Raashi Khanna, Aishwarya Rajesh, Catherine Tresa, and Isabelle Leite. The actor had previously shared some posters from World Famous Lover and the audience loved it. The film will be having four different storylines with four female leads.
