Jasprit Bumrah leaves SCG in training gear, reportedly headed for scans | Cricket News
Jasprit Bumrah has left Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) in training gears and has headed to the hospital for the scans, the broadcasters has said.
TV visuals showed Bumrah leaving the dressing room and then the stadium. He hasn’t been on field after bowling just one over post lunch. Bumrah has picked up two wickets in this Test.
“He just bowled that one over after lunch and at the point he decided to leave the ground,” Adam Gilchr said on Fox Cricket.
“It’s such a shame and the body language and lack of enthusiasm and voice from India since that moment, it’s quite obvious something is amiss here. That would be devastating, not just as far as this Test match but the outcome of this series.”

The visuals showed Bumrah has been accompanied the team doctor and security-liason officer.
It looked like he’s off for an x-ray or a scan.
“That’s huge news,” Kerry O’Keeffe said on Fox Cricket.
“This could have a massive bearing on the series,” Ravi Shastri said on Fox Cricket.
“It’s horrible news isn’t it? That’s a massive moment in this series,” Brett Lee added.
Bumrah has picked up 32 wickets in this series so far. He has taken three fifers. He has bowled 153.2 overs in the series, the most an Indian bowler.
