It’s festive season and Vivek Oberoi marked Diwali this year with a private celebration at his home in Dubai, joined close friends from the film industry. He shared pictures from the evening on his Instagram today. The post showed Vivek Oberoi assing his wife, Priyanka Alva Oberoi, with decorations ahead of the puja. Both wore green traditional outfits for the occasion. The guest l included actor R. Madhavan and his wife Sarita Birje, as well as actress Roshni Chopra and film producer Siddharth Anand Kumar.
Several images captured the group in candid moments, including a photo of Vivek Oberoi and R Madhavan laughing with their spouses. Another showed the couple performing the Diwali puja at their home altar, which was decorated with diyas and flowers. A family portrait with Vivek Oberoi’s children was also included in the post. A short video clip featured guests in conversation during the event, with one frame showing Vivek speaking with Madhavan and Sarita.

Vivek Oberoi and R. Madhavan have not shared screen space so far, but interestingly, at the start of his career, Vivek starred in films like Saathiya and Yuva, which were Hindi remakes of Madhavan’s Tamil films Alaipayuthey and Aayutha Ezhuthu, respectively. On the work front, Vivek is set to return to cinemas with Masti 4, the next film in the comedy franchise alongside Riteish Deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani. It is scheduled to release on November 21. Madhavan, on the other hand, will next appear in De De Pyaar De 2, co-starring Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh, and Gautami Kapoor. The film is expected to release on November 14.
