Shah Rukh Khan walks the lavender carpet with Katy Perry, Millie Bob Brown at Joy Awards 2026: ‘I’ve shot a film here…’ | Bollywood News

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan attended the Joy Awards on Saturday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He walked the lavender carpet alongside global stars, including Katy Perry and Stranger Things actor Millie Bob Brown.
At the event, Shah Rukh looked dapper in a black jacket and trousers, and was accompanied his manager, Pooja Dadlani. Speaking to the media on the red carpet, SRK said he was happy to be there. When asked about what he liked best in the country, Shah Rukh Khan replied, “To know that people like my work here it is very heartening, respectful and dignified. I love it. Everybody here is too warm, sweet and hospitable. I have shot a film here so I love the locations here. The culture, the people and the food is lovely.”

Fans loved Shah Rukh Khan’s appearance at the Joy Awards and flooded social media with photos and videos. “King Khan in Riyadh,” a fan wrote on X. “From Mumbai to Riyadh — hearts conquered everywhere,” another noted.
At the event, Tunisian actress Hend Sabry also shared that she has always had a crush on Shah Rukh. “Who doesn’t have one? As the vigilante in Jawan, he was brilliant … I have always had a crush on him.”

Other celebrities who graced the awards night include Katy Perry, Millie Bob Brown, Lee Jung-Jae, Lee ung-hun, and Djimon Hounsou. In fact, Millie even accepted an honour at Joy Awards. In her speech, she thanked her parents for always being supportive of her passion for acting.
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will next be seen in Siddharth Anand’s King. It is set to hit theatres this year.
