Kylie Jenner reveals her exact breast implant size and surgeon details on TikTok for fans hoping for ‘perfection’: ‘Hope this helps lol’ | Hollywood News

Kylie Jenner’s earned herself the title of a girl’s girl, and she’s proving why. The 27-year-old jumped into a TikTok comment section to reply to a fan who couldn’t stop gushing about how her breast job is easily one of the best in the game right now.  Kylie’s always been upfront about going under the knife, but it’s rare she spills details about her cosmetic procedure. This time, though, when a fan hit her with a pretty direct question, “How did you get your breasts to look that good?” — Jenner actually answered. She gave the full scoop.

Kylie Jenner gets candid about her breast implants
 “You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a boob job,”  beauty influencer Rachel Leary, posted a video addressing the reality TV star.  “It’s like the most perfect natural looking boob job ever,” she said. “They’re still big, but whatever way you had the implants,  if they are implants or if you had fat transfer — to me, it is perfection.” Leary added that she’s not trying to find out who did Kylie’s surgery; she just wants her body to look like that. She also pointed out that Jenner’s been pretty open about getting work done in past interviews.

Back in 2023, on The Kardashians, Kylie revealed that she had her breast augmentation surgery before she gave birth to her daughter Stormi. At the time, Kylie was just 20 and didn’t think she’d be having a ba anytime soon. 
“Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner 🥺 i just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully,” Leary captioned the video. To her surprise, Kylie responded dropping a comment detailing the specifications, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!! Hope this helps lol.”  She even named her cosmetic surgeon, who is a well-known plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills. Fisher has also worked with Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian for facial tumour removal and breast augmentation.

But while girls are obsessed with Kylie’s body, the Kylie Cosmetics founder has admitted she regrets the decision. “I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with,” she told W magazine. She shared that the time she was pregnant with Stormi, who’s now 7, her breasts were still healing. Kylie said she wants to set a better example for Stormi and hopes her daughter never feels the need to change anything about herself. “I wish I could be her and do it all differently because I wouldn’t touch anything.”Story continues below this ad
However, before openly confirming it, Kylie used to shut down all the surgery rumours. She’s also opened up about the pressure around her looks, saying the biggest misconception is that she was insecure and completely changed her face through surgery. “That’s false. I’ve only gotten fillers. I don’t want that to be part of my story.”
