Fire in Bhilai; No Casualties So Far; Loss of Property to be Assessed

BHILAI: A massive fire broke out in a scrap workshop in Bhilai on Friday morning. No casualties were reported however loss of property is being assessed, said officials in the know. As per authorities, the fire broke out in the wee hours of the day.
Firefighters and police officials were immediately mobilized as the information was received. The shop is located in front of Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Nagar Power House. Around two trucks were used to douse off the fire-whose cause is yet to be ascertained said officials.
A probe has also been launched into the incident, the official added.
